In this chapter, we’ll show you how to use this section like a pro—so your listings stay active, accurate, and attractive to potential backlink partners.
Where to Find “My Websites”
Click “My Websites” from the main menu or dashboard to access your complete list of listings.
You’ll see your websites grouped by status:
✅ Active
These are approved listings currently visible on the platform. They can be:
- Found via search by other users
- Viewed, messaged, and reviewed by backlink partners
- Edited if needed (requires re-approval)
⏳ Pending Review
These are newly submitted or edited listings waiting for admin approval.
- Approval typically takes up to 3 working days
- You’ll be notified once approved or if any action is needed
🗑️ Trashed
These listings were deleted by you or rejected by admin.
- Not visible to others
- Can’t be restored—create a new listing if needed
Editing Your Listings
You can edit both Active and Pending listings at any time:
- Navigate to the listing
- Click Edit
- Make your changes (description, metrics, backlink types, etc.)
- Re-submit for approval

- Key fields are missing or left blank
📬 If a listing is rejected, you’ll be notified via email with instructions to correct and resubmit.
Pro Tip: Use All Your Slots Wisely
Each plan comes with a monthly quota of website listings (slots). If you reach your limit:
- You can upgrade your plan to get more slots
- Or wait for the next month when your quota resets
